Policies
Payment terms:
• At least 50% down payment via bank deposit / online transfer is required to secure your reservation.
• Payment must be settled within 5 business days from reservation. Please send your proof of payment to villavicente.ph@gmail.com for confirmation.
• Payment is nonrefundable but is transferable and rebookable within 1 year from original check in date.
• PHP 15,000 Security Deposit is also required to be settled at least 5 days before the booking date. That is refundable three (3) days upon vacating the Premises, provided there is no missing property, damage to the property’s fixtures or penalties incurred.
How to get a confirmed booking after deposit?
• For confirmation of booking, a clear photo of your down payment deposit slip shall be sent to our email address villavicente.ph@gmail.com with your complete name and date of reservation. Kindly wait for a confirmation reply within 24 hours from our team to secure your reservation. If you did not get a confirmation email, please contact our hotline: +63 9178472955
Transfer Policy:
• Reservation is only transferable to another date 5 days before contracted reservation date.
• Client can only transfer his / her reservation date ONCE. A revised contract will be sent to the client after the advice of transfer.
Villa Rules:
1. Villa Vicente will not be liable for any lost or stolen items, or injuries inside the vicinity of our property.
2. Please bring life vests or floaters for kids swimming in the pool area. Swim at your own risk and note jumping from elevated platforms and diving is strictly prohibited.
3. We do not charge any corkage for food and drinks. Bring as much food and drinks as you can to maximize your stay in the villa.
4. There will be staff on site to assist in case of emergencies.
5. Please keep the house and its grounds as clean as possible. We expect all our guests to respect our facilities, greenery and fixtures inside our compound. Renters are responsible for any damage done in the house and will be billed for repairs needed beyond normal wear and tear.
6. We are a vacation house for rent service. Housekeeping services are kept to a minimum. You can bring your personal linens, towels and mattresses for additional comfort. We also provide extra towels at no charge.
7. Any inconveniences experienced by our guests due to unforeseen fortuitous events, calamities or acts of nature, Villa Vicente management will not be liable.
8. Please smoke only in the designated smoking area.
